Cheri's Prickly Pear Margarita Recipe

Mix prickly pear cactus juice with tequila. Here is my prickly pear margarita recipe that i served at my cinco de mayo dinner party!

I infuse a 5th of tequila with 2 jalapeños ( no seeds), for about 3 hours, strain and mix with organic margarita mixer, fresh lime juice, and the prickly pear cactus syrup. In a medium bowl or glass, mix together the lime juice, agave, and prickly pear puree until well combined.
