Mix in flour and salt until just combined. Oil and line a 900g loaf tin. Add flour to the bowl and mix either with a rubber spatula or a hand mixer on low speed.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, bicarb and ½ tsp of fine sea salt. ½ cup of nuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut or fruit. If top begins to brown too quickly, decrease heat slightly.
2 tbsp maple or golden syrup; 3 x 60g eggs, whisked. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until cooked and brown on top.
Stir in the mashed banana. Beat in the egg and mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, oil and vanilla essence.
Stir with a spoon till mixed. Or line with baking paper (see 'notes' below). Mash the banana in a bowl then add flour, egg and syrup.
¼ cup milk of choice. Preheat the oven to 175°c. Add mashed bananas, vanilla extract, egg, sugar, and melted butter to a large bowl.
Stir and leave to thicken for 5 minutes. Spoon the mixture into a prepared loaf tin. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Heat the oven to 180c/fan 160c/gas 4. Mash the bananas and combine with the egg and vanilla essence. Next add the chocolate drops.
Banana bread recipe (a small loaf/ makes 5 slices) components. Mix the oil and sugar together and then add the mashed bananas. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch (or 23 x 13 x 6cm) loaf pan.
25g chopped pecans or walnuts.
