To save time, you can, alternatively, process the ingredients separately in a food processor until it's broken down into a chunky crumb. Season well with salt and pepper, then add the parsley and thyme (if using). Let rest for 20 minutes.

Remove and steam the remaining dumplings. Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy! Divide the dough into 6 sections and roll each into a round ball.
